    Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer

    Jay gained experience solving complex problems, leading large teams, meeting customer requirements and “getting the job” done as a Lt Col and pilot in the United States Marine Corps. As a 20-year Marine Corps helicopter pilot, Jay is passionate about maintaining a culture of integrity and commitment as well as attention to detail, high standards and quality control to the merchant services industry.

    Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer

    John has extensive experience in operations, customer service, and sales management. As an executive in a family-owned real estate business John has been responsible for tenant relations, marketing and customer service.  In addition, his experience in home healthcare resulted in an understanding of how an elevated level of customer care produces the outcomes that all relationships desire.  As a USMC Logistics officer, John planned and executed the movement and maintenance of Marine personnel and equipment to support combat operations, as both a tactical convoy commander and an operations director.

    Lending Specialist and Executive Consultant

    Bob has been an active participant in the equipment leasing and financing industry, as well as the lending arena, for the past 40 years. He has been a senior executive, line of business manager, president, founder, and CEO of companies that provided capital to small and medium sized businesses to fund their growth. Most recently, he served as Chairperson of the Equipment Leasing and Financing Association, where he built a network of lenders that he works with today to match client needs for access to capital with lender needs for quality customers.

    Brian has held various roles, including flying UH-1 Huey helicopters in the USMC, leading maintenance departments, and commanding logistics and maintenance units in the Georgia Air National Guard. He now brings his expertise in quality assurance to the payments industry. With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, Brian is expanding Wingman Business Solutions to Georgia.

    Randall has extensive experience solving problems and meeting key performance indicators.  Randall has flown almost all the helicopters in the USMC inventory, mainly as an AH-1 pilot but also as a presidential helicopter pilot, responsible for flying the President around the world, a no fail mission.  Randall brings his attention to detail and finance background to the merchant services industry in southern NJ and PA.

    Business Systems Analyst

    Kristin has experience implementing technology solutions, both hardware and software, to increase efficiencies. As a business systems analyst, Kristin oversaw the Marine Corps computer systems and inventory management for all combat related personal gear.  Kristin also has experience implementing different technology systems throughout the school district.  She brings her technology expertise to Wingman to install point of sale systems and trouble shoot equipment problems.  Kristin has worked in the retail industry, defense industry, and within educational settings.
